DEVELOPMENT OF MODELS FOR THE DESIGN OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS BASED ON THE DESCRIPTION OF PERSON ACTIVITY MEANING

ABSTRACT

The paper proposes the development of model of information system design based on the description of the activity meaning of stakeholders of different domains (end-user, system analyst, developer). The meaning of the person activities are invited to describe using the mechanisms of action. The mechanism of action consists of elements, functions and rules of the relationship (the tool) that allows you to get a result of the activity.
Existing models of design and modeling of information systems in the most general sense are a convenient tool for person to fix the results of his intellectual activity. Person captures only the result of his variable or we can say "configurable" thinking, and the thinking process is not part of models. This leads to the fact that in the transition from one stage to another (eg, from the stage of "domain modeling" to "the development of the system model") of designing the configurable information system the meaning of the created object is distorted.
The article deals with the idea of incorporating the process of "configurable" thinking of person into models of different levels. Model should be a set of action mechanisms of persons of different domains (domain experts, developers of information systems), this fact allows to move from domain model to the design and development of information systems. The first – is model of works (its professional or other functions) of user, which he delegates to created information system (user information system). The second –is model of work of other professionals, that create information system, - of subjectsfrom various subject areas, forming poly-person environment. The basis for the construction of the basic structural elements of methodological models of information systems is the knowledge about the mechanisms of change, mental activity movement and person activity. This matching of models data should occur. Matching process includes the development of rules at every lev-el of models and the identification of their conformity.
Development of design models of information systems based on the description of person activity meaning will help to solve the existing problems, such as "misunderstandings gap" when it is impossible to clearly define the line between the concepts of objects of different levels (between the domain expert model and developer model). 181
