IMPORTANCE OF THE MARKET VALUE OF REAL ESTATES IN CADASTRAL REGISTRATION

ABSTRACT
When it comes to transactions of any type of properties, price have an important role in the decision. Using information from a local market, during a period of 1-2 years, in the paper have been examined the relationship between the market value, price and cadastral data of a property. The study emphasizes the difference between the market value and price, discussing if the effect of market value on cadastral data will become a widespread phenomenon. Establishing market value for one or more properties, the owners / stakeholders group could have the necessary information for calculating insurance premiums and tax, finding the transaction history or refinancing. Also has been highlighted an example that serves to illustrate which of the terms, price or market value, fits more to cadastral database.
