REDUCING THE EFFECT IN TIME OF BIOMASS IN THE TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF COGENERATION PLANT USING BIOMASS AND NATURAL GAS

ABSTRACT
Temperatures recorded worldwide in 2015, in period January-November, they beaten the records, suggesting that this year was the warmest year in modern history.
If no action is taken to reduce emissions of the greenhouse gas effect, the devastating consequences of climate change will continue.
This paper presents a mathematical model for sizing of CHP plant based on biomass and natural gas. Biomass is used in cogeneration installation and the natural gas in peak installation.
The mathematical model is useful for establishing the technical and economic efficiency of cogeneration solution, using the net present value criterion.
Also the analysis uses, the criterion of value of cogeneration nominal thermal coefficient for the three areas of Romania: hot, cold, average.
How, today, we are faced with mass deforestation of forests, reduction of arable land, floods and droughts prolonged , we ask ourselves what will happen in time with the plants that we build today. This paper presents two cases: two plants with different power outputs, high power (high available of biomass), low power (low available of biomass).
