The nature of the soils cover in the landscape depends on the physical geographic regularities of the differentiation the soils-sphere e.g. horizontal zonality, vertical zonality, detailed differentiation, barrier zonality, azonality and so on and with them are associated soils-forming process which influence the formation and evolution of soils cover in individual region. Soils-forming process also depends on the nature of the nature conditions and of factors which include geological, morphological, hydrological and climatic conditions and factors. Physical geographic regularity of the horizontal zonality acts on the differentiation of soils-sphere on the planetary level and the regularity of the vertical zonality acts on the territory of mountain range but e.g. the each horizontal zone on planetary level has an own type of the vertical zonality. Smaller regions are located prevailingly in one horizontal zone and differentiation of soils sphere takes place within this horizontal zone according with the relevant regularities and of the conditions and factors. Whole territory of northern part of Eastern Pannonian Basin has from the aspect of the geographical latitude the small range around 46 minutes and include in the North Moderate climatic zone. In the latitude on the our sector the landscape sphere namely in the northern part of the Eastern Pannonian Basin the soils-forming process is influenced with nature of the nature conditions and in the first place are the geomophological conditions and factors together with geological substrate and hydrological conditions and factors which are here dominated. The results are in formation the regularity of azonality and the differentiation of the soils- cover in the small range thus as well as in the details. In the second place are the climatic conditions. Climatically conditioned regularity differentiation of the sphere of soils it manifests here only of the barrier zonality only in the Hills. The main objective of this paper is to clarify the regularities of development and differentiation of the soils cover in the northern part of Eastern Pannonian Basin which is represented in the Slovak republic by Východoslovenská nížina (Lowland).

Keywords: regularities of differentiation the sphere of soils, soil-forming condition, soil cover
