Current Climate change has strengthened abrasion processes of sea shore and sedimentation of reservoirs. The mountain reservoirs are an accumulator of the processing products of river banks and sediments. These elements form the silting prism and its bench, which are located in the reservoir and the riverbeds of the tributaries. As a result, there are three topical issues, such as: complication of hydro-power production due to the reduction of useful volume of water in the reservoirs; coastal erosion, caused by the deficiency of beach forming deposits; heavy ecological problem, generated by the realization of a hydro-power problem. The harmonious decision of all three problems is possible, if the eroded beaches periodically will be artificially filled by river sediment, accumulated in the reservoirs. It is necessary to organize a system of the quarries in a reservoir. With the purpose of studying the silting prism formation process and equilibrium channel forecasting, field experiments on the small mountain rivers of Georgia have been carried out. The final result of the reservoirs’ silting is an accumulative terrace, which produced an equilibrium alluvial bed. Natural experiments allow to gather in short span of time cognitive and application information on the designed water reservoirs that will avoid the population the risks of catastrophic floods, will reduce a lack of knowledge on mountain reservoirs and thereby the science will get a new necessary and effective tool for designing.
