In this paper is about new methods and techniques of working and studying with students for realizing their projects. One of these projects is Machine Parts project from third year of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. After years of work at the Department we noticed that many of our students have difficulties in dimensioning the calculations of the project and for that were done their organization in seven groups of 6 students (every year depending of the student’s number). These groups have been guided by the final years and graduate students of master who have already realized the projects on Machine Parts. A novelty in organizing working groups is the inclusion of Erasmus students who are studying this subject in our faculty. In this system were also involved specialists from production who have shown interest in student’s performances and who graduate our Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. It was created, in this way, a teamwork involving both students from different academic years and specialists from production. The obtained results were very good, materialized in a very high percentage of students who were able to complete these projects that it means the used method has efficiency.
