ABSTRACT
This study presents in a clear and concise manner some of the prospects of extending national forestry fund in line with the EU Forestry Strategy through effective management of its implementation. Nowadays, the European forestry policy and the National one pass through great transformations due the mediological crisis in which we find ourselves and the human inability to stop or even to slow global warming that threatens us. The forest is seen as a remedy in this struggle as a cure medicine to influence the CO2 circuit, or other substances having a screening effect, in order to reflect solar radiation, which is why it should be preserve, enhance and extend it as far as possible. Current interest is no longer a priority for forest economics, but for the environment.
At the global scale, forests are heavily cut down and will be destroyed further, because mankind is unable or is not prepared to resolve the crisis of industrial wood by retrofitting and replacing it with other materials. In addition, the LDCs countries from hot areas of the globe turn to the forest as their only means of subsistence. The forests problem is not only ecological; it therefore has a strong economical footprint.
