ABSTRACT
Innovation is a very sensitive matter. Especially if we are talking about the farm, which is a producer of the safe food. Food, which in the future should be functional for the people. There are currently various definitions of safe food, especially what is organic food. In order to fulfill this condition, there is a need for a closer cooperation between the farmers and the operators of the agricultural sector. As a consequence of such an approach on the importance of starting to gain the concept of outsourcing, which is quite alien to farmers. Production of safe food cannot fall only on the farms, but in this chain must be accompanied by all those, who contribute to the food to actually be ecological and safe for consumers. Polish farms already for several years have cared very much about the quality of their products. Continuous improvement of competences and its testing will lead to the dynamic development of Polish farms, which will result in keeping up with the specifics of our time.
