ABSTRACT
There are many studies developed regarding the different exhaust gases from gasoline or LPG engines or agriculture tractors, but almost no one about the measuring instruments used for monitoring it, as an exhaust gas analyser. The exhaust gas analyser is one of the 10th categories that are covered by the Directive 2004/22/EC. A new revision, the Directive 2014/32/EU was adopted by European Parliament and Council on 26th of February, 2014, but the Certificate issued under Directive 2004/22/EC is valid throughout the Europe and remains valid until the validity date of them and the Member States should not prevent making available the measuring instruments covered by Directive 2004/22/EC on the European market, which are in conformity with the respective Directive and which were placed on the market before 20 April 2016.
