ABSTRACT

The paper specifies models based on the theory of system dynamics inclusive their applications. Possibilities of modelling soft systems of blurring boundaries, hazy inner connectivity or difficult variable quantifiability are all mentioned. Problems of dynamic complexity are highlighted by an efficiency model for an airport that operates on the background of a developed economy. Examples of causal loop, state and flow diagrams are given.
