POSIBILITIES TO INCREASE THE OPERATING SAFETY AND THE RELIABILITY OF MINING TECHNOLOGICAL EQUIPMENTS

ABSTRACT

In present, the cool represents one of the main energy source totalling 29% out of those
used in the world for power production. In Romania, the coal used weight for electrical
energy production was 40%, in 2010 and in 2015 will be 34,6%. It is essential to know
the reliability and maintainability characteristics of one equipment, as simple as
complex system, as in the case of technological equipment destined to coal underground
mining. The reliability conditionings of maintenance, useful life of products and
equipment, as well as their acceptable safety level. The wear and replacement of
equipment are generate of costs, which must to be manage into optimum manner in
which case makes accent on the new investigation which has to be intended to reduction
of them in operation conditions in explosion hazard medium. The paper presents the
results of the reliability analyses of some technological equipment from longwall
working coal mining in Romania, take into account data base result proceed from
mining, explanation of them and experiment of the technological solutions for
increasing the reliability of equipment which works gas explosion risk medium. In this
contest was recondition one subassembly of KSW-460NE shearer with success at E.M.
Lupeni. His demonstration in this mode the existence of possibility and the solution of
increasing the technological equipment reliability from the longwall work with technical
means and economical reduced in condition of safety insured.
