ABSTRACT

In this paper are emphasized the main methods of quality control of cadastral maps
obtained from different data sources, maps which are used to verify the documentation
submitted to the support offices for real estate cadastre. In this article are analyzed the
possibilities of implementing a Geographic Information System specific for romanian
cadastral registration. The purpose of the system is to identify the errors for spatial data
which are not within the tolerances specified by applicable law by the National Agency
of Cadastre and Land Registration (NACLR).
