ABSTRACT

In the paper a magneto-impact approach for vibration damping of technological machines used in oil and gas production is proposed. It is suggested that there are specific features of magnetically impacted vibration dampening that favorably distinguish it from the classical mechanically impact vibration dampening. It is shown that usage of magnetism effect allows to exclude mechanical shocks and damage to working elements. The higher reliability of such vibration damping systems is suggested in comparison with mechanical vibration damping systems. The calculation and analysis of the key characteristics of the vibration dampener model based on the proposed magnet-impact approach are performed. On the basis of theoretical developments, simulation modeling is performed. After obtaining the simulation model was set the numerical values of above parameters in it. The developed simulation model allows to study the behavior of a vibro-impact system of the magnetic principle of action with both permanent and variable magnets. In the article, experimental results are discussed. The results indicate high effectiveness, prospects and stability of such magnetic vibration damping systems.
