THE USE OF NANOPARTICLES IN FEEDING AND THEIR EFFECT ON THE MORPHOLOGICAL AND PHYSIOLOGICAL PARAMETERS OF BROILERS

Abstract:
In study of 150 broiler chickens (Arbor Aires cross) was divided into five groups: control group, I - ultrafine particles (UFP) of Cr2O3 at dose of 50 ?g/kg of feed, II - 100 ?g/kg, III - 200 ?g/kg and IV - 400 ?g/kg. Growth-stimulating effect was confirmed by stimulation of protein metabolism (100 and 200 ?g/kg), growth of NO-metabolites (200 ?g/kg), triglycerides (100 ?g/kg, 400 ?g/kg). Functional significance of UFP Cr was expressed in activity of amylolytic enzymes in the blood plasma: on day 21 29.5% (400 ?g/kg, p?0.05), lipase activity on days 21 and 42 from 19% (200 ?g/kg) to 30% (400 ?g/kg) of UFP of Cr, on background of decrease in lipolytic activity on day 42. Activity of lipase in the duodenum was significantly increased in all experimental groups on day 21, and on day 42 - group 400 ?g/kg. High protease activity at dose of 400 ?g/kg for 21 days and for all groups, except 200 ?g/kg on day 42. Significantly, activity of amylase increased at 100 ?g/kg on day 21 and decreased at 200 ?g/kg. On day 42 the activity at 50 ?g/kg significantly increased and decreased at 200 ?g/kg. Thus, was found that doses in the range of 100 and 200 mg/kg were characterized by pronounced positive effect
