ABSTRACT

The main goal of 2D and 3D object visualization is to present measured data in other
way than in forms of text records and tables. FOTOM system is a general purpose
platform for technical and medical image analysis. The primary target is to measure
specified objects of interest. This paper covers the general description of the system and
its main functions. We will briefly describe newly implemented modules for statistical
evaluation, 3D modeling and 2D animation.
