This article describes process of forming and modifying a custom user interface. The approach is more suitable for web technologies and web applications, although it is possible to apply this approach for other client-server software solutions. It should be noted that today most companies are forced increasingly to engage in the tasks of operational and productive use of a variety of new or changing information capabilities, needs and requirements of employees, customers and users. Therefore, the investigation of process of updating the user interface is very important and relevant. The paper gives a structural-functional analysis of process of updating the user interface. The main component in the model is the processing unit of the information needs of users. This server component handles the information needs of users, generates and stores the typical categories of interfaces and then provides suitable interface for client.
In this paper, we propose to investigate the applicability of neural networks for the tasks of analysis and processing of user requests on the server side. A proposed approach is primarily aimed at improving the human-system interaction.
