EXPERIMENTAL DETERMINATION OF THE PARAMETERS WHICH CHARACTERIZE THE LIGNITE CUTTING WITH THE HELP OF ROTOR EXCAVATOR

ABSTRACT
Theoretical Basis of cut stones and coal cutting emphasize that displacement occurs in the interaction of the cutting tool and solid, characterized by a resultant force which breaks down into 3 main components that act in the directions (tangent, normal and binormal ) the tool path . Research conducted to date in this area, both worldwide and in our country, have revealed that the phenomenon is cutting stochastic character is characterized by random variables or functions corresponding probability. For experimental determination of the characteristics of the rock cutting laboratory assessment method was chosen and settled conditions test stand: measuring amplification and recording the results. In order to conduct experimental research was based work methodology and way of processing and marketing of experimental data. In addition to accurately demonstrated the possibility of applying sufficient physical modeling similarity and geometric characteristics of the răiere case study of rocks and lignite pit so that the values obtained in the laboratory to be translated into reality by the linear relationship. Experimental tests were held on samples taken from layers of lignite representative careers Basin Oltenia Energy. With the measuring system -registration occurred in the time diagrams of variation of the cutting forces , the forces of penetration , lateral forces acting on the standard teeth which have carried out the cutting .S were measured displaced volumes of samples in each test part on which were determined angles of massive chip breaking.
