ABSTRACT
In this paper, using cluster analyses, different classifications of air temperature measurement stations in Republic of Macedonia are made. For classifications we use as descriptors the following temperature characteristics for each month for period of 30 years (1961-1990): mean monthly air temperatures in °C, mean maximum monthly air temperatures in °C, mean minimum monthly air temperatures in °C, absolute monthly maximum air temperatures in °C and absolute monthly minimum air temperatures in °C. We made our analyses on a database of 47 520 data.
Keywords: cluster analyses, hierarchy, closeness, regional division
