ABSTRACT
Most important factors that made them feeling tired or overloaded in underground, were
heat factor and other microclimatic factors influencing working environment deterioration.
Mine modernism made those influences become lower rapidly, however, increasing the
mine depth, made underground microclimate conditions get worse, as a lack of the fresh air
and continuous problems to increase the air content. Microclimatic parameters in the
Trepca mine were considered, emphasising horizon 10th and their influence in heat illness
indication at miners. Several measurements of the parameters were done in different
locations of the mine. The measurement was done by adequate equipment of the Trepca
mine with unsparing personnel assistance.
Keywords: microclimate, measurement, illness, heat.
