ABSTRACT
Deforming processes in areas of geologic failures (tectonic faults, boundary zones of
block structures etc.) have the singularities in comparison with those, flowing past on "quiet"
sites of rock masses. The intensive assimilation of underground space in most cases reduces in a
modification of structural organization of a mining massif. In turn development of new
structures or "revival" old is accompanied by adjustments on growing or available faults and is
exhibited as strains of a surface and seismic pushes (in a general sense of this word) different
force. The hazard of origin of extreme situations especially will increase at assimilation of
underground space in zones of geodynamic activity. For safe assimilation of underground space
especially in the special zones are necessary organization of an effective system of tracing,
forecasting and controls by deformation processes and know by the mechanism of deformation
processes in such areas.
