Instrument Optic Electron Service Co. (IOES Co.) is a company which distributes and supports bulgarian surveying and mine surveying market with motorized optical total stations based on laser direct reflex measurement, 3D full-panoramic long range laser scanning systems and at last but not least with effective GPS and GIS solutions. All these three separate bundles of instruments, which are also interdependent and are used for remote rapid creation of precise 3D digital models of large, hard to approach and dangerous areas, are discussed in this paper.
