ENVIRONMENT-CENTERED DESIGN WITH MULTIAGENT SYSTEMS
7th International Scientific Conference - SGEM2007, www.sgem.org, SGEM2007 Conference Proceedings/ ISBN: 954-918181-2, June 11-15, 2007
ABSTRACT
To implement large-scale multiagent systems (MAS) in the paper is proposed
a new system design methodology towards environment-centered design. The
interaction of blocks that compound the structure of multiagent system for
environment processes is described. These links consist in system simulation,
where agents and human-controlled units coexist in virtual space to jointly
perform simulations and augmented experiment. As an application of
environment-centered design, environment embedded agents for a large-scale
greenhouse is described.
Keywords: environment design, multiagent system, monitoring system.
