ABSTRACT
Our investigation regard the distribution of pollutant in the soils degraded by mine
activity in the circuit soil-macromycetes. Pollutants categories have been evidenced
using FT-IR spectroscopy. Our results underline the macromycetes species extremely
flexible capacity to accumulate pollutants of various categories. The distribution of the
pollutants in the soil varies from one region to another and depends on the prelevation
depth.
