Every Speaker will have at his disposal:
- Laptop (MS Office 97/2000/XP/2003/2001 for Windows® - MS Word, MS PowerPoint);
- Wi-Fi Internet connection;
- Lazer pointer;
- State of the art multimedia technology that guarantees a perfect flow at the highest level for all different kinds of presentations.
If the Speaker needs some specific media device in addition, he must inform the organizers at least 4 weeks before the conference start.
In the conference hall, there will be additional wireless michrophones that to be used for questions/comments.

The wireless digital conferencing system (MCW-D50) you are not bound to room conditions. Without any interfering cables the speaker locations are build-up and
taken down fast and easily. The speaker locations’ design is equally well suited for the most modern conference rooms and historical venues. In spite of its easy
and comfortable handling the mobile conferencing system showcases all functions required for stand-alone operation and a more complex conference duty in conjunction with
media control systems.
The optimized signal transmission provides security in comparison to other wireless application and the 128bit encryption allows for mobile use and a maximum
amount of safety against wire-tapping.
The recording software (steno-s) is the best addition to the conferencing system whenever meeting or event needs to be protocolled. Aside from recording the
software offers many smart options e.g. marker-setting permitting targeted access to your recording. |
