ON-LINE PAYMENT
 In order to participate at the SGEM International Multidisciplinary Scientific GeoConference, every volunteer must fill in the online SGEM Registration Form, where to choose ON-LINE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD WAY OF PAYMENT.
Please follow carefully every displayed instruction.
Right after his registration and online payment every participant will receive an automatic e-mail response containing the respective invoice-proform. If for any reason your on-line payment did not passed correctly, the user will have the possibility to activate his on-line payment again after Logging In at the PROFILE section.
After a correct online payment, the original invoice will be prepared and sent to the participant by post or received at the SGEM Reception desk, by his wish.
SGEM Organizing Team introduces a new secure online payment service in parallel use with the existing one. Paying online is easy, convenient, and saves time. All transactions occur over a secure Internet connection. The service institution takes 4% service charges - The SGEM Organizing Committee undertakes 1.5 % from this expences. The Other 2.5 % will be found as a surtax.

The information is encrypted using SSL 128Bit (certificate from AddTrust) and Card Verification Value 2 (CVV2) fot Visa and Card Validation Code 2 (CVC 2) for MasterCard.

Right after participant's registration he will receive an automatic e-mail response containing the respective invoice-proform.
When paying with a bank transfer we must have the full payment deposited into our account before we can confirm your participation. After that the original invoice will be prepared and sent to you by post or received at the SGEM Reception desk, by your wish.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS / SGEM2012
If for any reason it is necessary to cancel a registration, you must know the following conditions.
Any cancellation should be sent by e-mail or fax to the SGEM Secretariat Bureau.
Delivery of cancellation has to be confirmed by the responsible person from the SGEM Secretariat.
1. If your cancellation is within 7 calendar days from the date of your payment, but no later than the 1st of May 2012, there will be a 50% refund of the total amount.
2. If the cancellation is after the 7th day from the date of your payment or after the 1st of May 2012, the tax is unrefundable. You will receive a Conference Set.
All refunds will be made after the Conference!
Remark: If you made a registration as a DELEGATE/EXHIBITOR/STUDENT after the 20th of May receiving a conference set is not guaranteed!
