Every scientific paper must be preceded by an ABSTRACT: The abstract has to present the main subject of the paper. The abstract volume must not surpass 50 lines/ 3000 characters (including the heading and the name of the author/s, keywords).

The ABSTRACT has to be prepared in English language and submitted after an on-line REGISTRATION and using the Upload Paper link from the Registration Section. Please DO NOT Upload your abstract (as a file), use the field to write down your abstract text.

Every SPEAKER must provide a recent photo while making his On-Line Registration (Log In then visit Update Profile Section) and a short biography data (maximum 1000 characters) while submitting his article (Log In then visit Upload Paper). For any additional instructions concerning every Speaker SEE THIS.

The Review Commission will evaluate the abstract submission in the conference programme and the authors of the approved papers will be informed by e-mail and invited to submit the full papers.

SCIENTIFIC PAPER: Once the abstract has been approved, the author/s must prepare and send his full manuscript. It is desirous to use the blank template paper (Word format). The articles will be accepted only by Internet - using the Upload Paper link. Now your are obliged to UPLOAD your complete paper (use the UPLOAD button). The authors will be informed about the correct transferring of their manuscripts. /If you want to upload a new version of some paper, that already has been uploaded, use the same button to upload the new file. The old version will be overwrited with the new one authomatically./

NOTE: Acceptable paper formats: MS Word for Windows® (.DOC)


Authors must present the manuscripts in English language in maximum 8 typewritten pages, including:title, author/s, abstract, real text, charts, drawings and literature (+ 1/2 publishing fee must be paid for papers that have more than 8 and less than 15 pages, and + full publishing fee for papers that have more than 15 pages). All papers must be submitted in a word processing file using either MS Word 97/2000/XP/2003 for Windows®.

It is strongly recommended to observe the given paper format: format A4, margins Left/Right 3 cm, Top 3 cm, Bottom 3 cm, empty Header/Footer 1.5 cm, font Times New Roman, size 12, Alignment Justify, Line Spacing Single, Paragraph Before 6pt, Portrait (See Sample PDF).

Graphic materials: Every graphic material as chart, drawing, photo and table has to to be included in the text of the paper. The preferred formats for every image file are: TIFF, PCX, BMP, JPG (300/300 dpi min). All charts, drawings and photos should be referred to as figures and numbered serially with Arabic numerals in the order they are mentioned in the text. The figures heading should be given under the figure – Align Center. Do not forget to group all drawing elements from one figure (other wise there is some risk your figures to be mismatched).
All figures and images should be prepared in Grayscale!
Graphic materials (drawings, figures, charts) should be prepared with minimum line weight 1pt.

Tables:You should number each table serially with Arabic numerals and put table headings above the table – Align Left. If necessary use a smaller font size (11 pt or 10 pt but not smaller) to make tables fit the page size. Tables have to be in the relevant space in the text. (If you have a big table, please do not us Landscape orientation of the page. It is recommended to save it as an image and locate it vertically in Portrait oriented page.)

References
: Every text citation must be listed under the heading REFERENCES at the end of the text. In the text, every reference should be quoted at least once with indices in the form: [1], [2], …, etc. (but include all names in the reference list in case there are more than one author per quoted material).

Authors are responsible for the research they have been done and for the results described in the paper. Authors should warrant that the paper is original and that he/she(they) is(are) the author(s) of the work.
