HOW TO REGISTER?

Registrations can be submitted ONLY electronically at the Web site of the conference, in the "REGISTRATION" Section.

- Every NEW PARTICIPANT has to create himself a profile (CREATE a PROFILE), where to fill in his personal data (Every participant is kindly requested to submit his/her recent photo. It is needed for identification badges.). He will receive immediately by e-mail a personal SGEM ID, that to be used for any further editing, paper submissions etc. Having his SGEM ID, he can LogIn and then enter < REGISTRATION > section where to choose a participation form < PARTICIPATION > and submit for participation of SGEM2012, book a hotel, submit a paper and more.

- Every PREVIOUS PARTICIPANT has to use his SGEM ID and e-mail (see also forgotten ID) LogIn and then enter < REGISTRATION > section choose a participation form < PARTICIPATION > and submit for participation of SGEM2012, book a hotel, submit a paper and more.

NOTES:

After a successful On-Line Registration, at your e-mail, you will receive automatically generated Invoice-Proform. If you do not receive such e-mail, that means that your On-line registration is not completed correctly - please contact us immediately.

After On-Line Registration every Lecturer, Student or Publisher may upload his scientific report at Section “Upload Paper”. The maximum number of reports for a Lecturer/Student are 2. The maximum number of reports for a Publisher are 10 (you must pay the publishing fee for each report).

You should fill the title of the report, author’s name, abstract + name and short biography data of the Speaker, in English in “Upload Paper” section. Please do not forget to write down your title/academic degree. The Review Committee will evaluate the abstract and the authors of the approved papers will be informed. Once the abstract has been approved, the author must prepare and send his full manuscript.

The ARTICLES (complete papares) will be accepted only by Internet - use the “Upload Paper” section.
